Camilla Petrycer Hansen

Camilla Hansen joined the Novo Holdings Seed Investments team in June 2018. She leads the REPAIR Impact Fund and drives company creation and maturation under Novo Holdings’ Seed Investments strategy.

Before joining Novo Holdings, Camilla spent 10 years in business development across academic start-ups, emerging biotechs, and industry.

Camilla serves on the boards of Muna therapeutics, Centauri Therapeutics, and the AMR Action Fund. She previously served on the board of Limmatech Biologics, which was acquired by Lilly in 2026.

Camilla holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Copenhagen.
