Cynthia Kueppers

Cynthia Kueppers joined Novo Holdings in June 2024 as a Partner on the Planetary Health Investment team.

Previously, Cynthia was a Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings, where she invested in the industrial decarbonization growth equity strategy. Prior to her investing career, she was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and then Barclays Capital where she focused the transportation and infrastructure sectors.

Cynthia serves as a board member for various portfolio companies, and serves as Treasurer at UnionDocs, a center for the documentary arts. She has an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
