Helle Bach

Helle Bach joined Novo Holdings in 2025 as Chief People Officer. She is part of the Strategy & People organisation and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In her role, Helle will be heading up the People & Organisation area across offices in Denmark, the US, London and APAC. 

Before joining Novo Holdings, Helle headed up the global HR function at DSV A/S, where she was responsible for building up the Group HR function, and participated in large and transformative company M&A’s. Prior to this, Helle worked for Egmont International Holding, also heading up the people area, and in her early career, she worked as a management consultant for Rambøll Management. 

Helle holds a Master of Political Science degree from Aarhus University (2001).
