Line joined Novo Holdings in September 2023. She is Head of Compliance (Europe and Asia) and is responsible for the organisation's compliance programme spanning regulatory obligations across Europe and Asia, including KYC/AML, Conflict of Interest, Insider Trading/MNPI, Data Protection, Whistleblower program and AI governance.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Line served as Head of Legal & Compliance at BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S. She brings more than 20 years of experience from the Danish and international financial sector.

Line holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen with a specialisation in capital markets law and completed the CBS Executive Board Leadership Education in 2023.
