Ulla Visfeldt

Ulla joined Novo Holdings A/S in December 2025 as Salesforce Product Owner. She is responsible for the Salesforce platform covering implementation, development and continuous enhancement to support Novo Holdings’ digital strategy.

Ulla brings extensive experience from delivering Salesforce solutions in large international organizations, combined with strong capabilities within commercial excellence, sales processes, training and change management.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S, Ulla worked as Lead Salesforce Business Consultant and Manager at Fluido. Before that she held CRM and commercial leadership roles at TDC, PostNord, Ørsted and Demant. Ulla holds an MSc in Strategy and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and is certified in Salesforce, ITIL4 and ADKAR Change Management.
